ABOUT THE EVENT

In our recent research on Employee Experience, we got feedback that may be hurtful for some leaders:

40% do not get Constructive Feedback from their leaders, and 25% do not trust their leaders. Especially in the current fluid situation, trust is vital, and the ability to provide Constructive Feedback is both important to move ahead and to foster collaboration.

In this workshop, you learn how to foster trustful relationships and develop a new way to utilize feedback moments constructively.

How constructive is your Feedback?

Constructive feedback is specific about what we have experienced, the impact it had  and what we wish to be changed. It’s a skill that can be learned.

What do you know about the person you are giving feedback to?

When we intentionally tune into our counterpart’s emotional state, context and needs, we open up for a constructive and positive interaction.

In this session, you will:

  1. Learn about your own feedback behaviours, and develop a more constructive approach.

  2. Set-up and provide constructive feedback – especially in critical situations.

Get certified and

accelerate your growth
