ABOUT THE EVENT
How can those who care about mental health and wellbeing make use of positive psychology?
The past year has been a challenging one, resulting in high levels of stress, anxiety, and worsening mental health for many. As we now look towards recovery, how can we step up our efforts to support those who are still struggling?
The field of positive psychology is rich in evidence-based insights to improve our mental wellbeing. With techniques from this science of wellbeing, we are able to cope better with difficulties, and tap into innate abilities and motivations to achieve our goals.
In this way, positive psychology empowers us to help ourselves and others in our pursuit of mental wellbeing.
