REACH, a five-part online programme, equips you with evidence-based theories and practices, along with a community that supports you to positively cope in this uncertain times.

The REACH programme is made up of five topics: Resilience, Emotional Management, Actions, Connections, Habits.

​

Each topic is essential to your psychological wellness. You will be given specific, applicable, evidence-based techniques to bring each aspect to a new level.

 

As the leading provider of wellbeing and resilience education in Asia, The School of Positive Psychology created this programme in light of the COVID-19 pandemic to provide psychological resources for you to be resilient for yourself, and to be resilient leaders for others.

 

The programme addresses our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, our relationships and how to set up a sustainable resilience strategy. When we work together and support each other, we unleash an even greater collective potential.

Meet your trainers

Jana 2.jpeg

Facilitating wellbeing through better awareness, relationships, engagement and meaning is Jana’s passion. As a positive psychology practitioner, Jana Dawson is an advocate of a strengths-based approach in guiding individuals, organisations and communities towards flourishing. Her multidisciplinary background in theatre, communication, positive psychology, coaching and meditation has fashioned her expertise in developing and delivering programmes for culturally unique situations to create positive change.

 

Jana earned her Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology at the Anglia Ruskin University (UK) with a focus on Psychological Capital and Mindfulness. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership by The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore, where she is currently a faculty member.

 

Jana’s philosophy is that our internal world is a powerful force in how we show up in the external world. To be fully engaged in all aspects of our lives, we have to train our mind, build positive relationships and follow our passion.

TARA SCHOFIELD

Tara lives, loves and teaches the science and practice of positive psychology and wellbeing. A certified adult educator and well-being coach, Tara holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and MSc in Positive Psychology. Her professional background spreads almost 20 years in Training and Development, Human Resources Management and as a Lecturer.  She is a passionate advocate for positive psychological health and uses scientific research to underpin all of her work. 

 

As an educator, Tara brings the latest research to life in practical and experiential ways to support individuals and organisations to thrive.  She uses design thinking methodology, ensuring that all of her sessions are learner-centred and tailored to meet the unique needs of the participants.  She creates a safe and inspiring learning environment, where she encourages learners to challenge themselves, to critically examine the material, to synthesize ideas for their own context, and create new levels of understanding and growth.
