ABOUT THE EVENT
Stress is running high for most people at this challenging time. Working from home, social and physical restrictions, worry and uncertainty about what the future will bring can create crippling stress mentally, emotionally and physically.
As stress levels rise, we can sometimes feel helpless, stuck and gripped by emotional reactivity and despair. It is often challenging to find ways to decompress and release stress effectively.
Learning how stress starts in our mind, and the domino effect this has on our emotional and physical wellbeing, is critical to understanding how and when stress levels become unhealthy.
Tracking stress in the body and learning to read your warning signals of rising stress is a helpful way to combat rising stress levels. Actively releasing stress will help you switch into a more balanced, calm and relaxed way of being.
In this session, you will:
Build awareness and understanding of personal stress levels
Actively decompress and reduce stress and emotional reactivity
